Andrey Vavilov Took on Position as a Counselor at a New Research Center
Andrey Vavilov, Academic Director at the Institute for Financial Studies, took on the position as a counselor at the new Center for Research on International Financial and Energy Security (CRIFES), which will be engaged in developments at the interface of economics, power engineering, and ecology. The center was founded at Pennsylvania State University in the U.S. with the participation of researchers from Brookingsanalytical institution in Washington, D.C., U.S. The center is supervised by professors B. Ickes and R. Marshall. The counselors and key researchers are C. Gaddy (Brookings) and G. Trofimov (IFS).
